WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
For Pilates most people wear a long pair of workout pants and a comfortable top. No shoes are required. For Rebounding cropped workout pants are best and no shoes.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Nothing…………..all equipment is supplied.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE CLASSES?
Maximum of 12 people per class.
CAN I TRY A CLASS TO SEE IF I LIKE IT?
Where space is available you may try a class during the first or second week of the session only. If you leave your name and number you will be notified a few days before if space is available.
WHAT IF I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS OR OSTEOPOROSIS?
No problem…………..please notify me before class so that modifications can be made to the exercises for you.
